Not worth the money, the staff, and try to keep track of the maintenance ( big turn over). Pool closed half the time.. office staff usally looking like their busy, things broken and they're reading the newspaper. Also... I do delieve Dawn is the manager...is she ever there' I would love to get an answer right away and not be told "get back with you as soon as I can, she's on vacation, need to call the main office".
Updated needed and I and tired of hearing my neighbor upstairs going pee at 6am. Talk very soft, if you have a secret be carefull, your neighbor can hear you.

Scarey!!! I will be down to the office talking to those other two. I'm new and didn't know Jill that well. All I can say is this is a a bunch of bs!!! All I know is my apartment looked like s.... when we moved in.

Jill was great and had been there for a long time! I do agree with the responses! Maintenance is horrible and the office staff needs a refresher course. First of all, cover up! There are places where you shop that has a business section! I brought my family down to show them the clubhouse area and all I can say is please be a little more professional with the attire. I also agree that the maintenace is slow and hard to get ahold of after hours.
This place was great when I rented, but now I will not renew my lease.

As a former employee, I can attest that management feels the need to run EVERYTHING past "the main office". Fact is, the main office micromanages everything and doesn't empower the management staff to make decisions. The result is delays in making a decision and decisions are made by people who are not in touch with the needs of the residents. There will always be a big turnover in maintenance staff because they are not paid well and treated poorly by "the main office".
