Like other users, I could go on and on, but to stay simple, here's quick list for you.
#1 - Dawn is horribly rude. We signed our lease when Jill worked in the office, and since Jill left and Dawn came in, things have gone down hill drastically. Dawn is not a people person. I think she may TRY to paint a smile on her face in the morning' I can see the marker lines...Amber however is nice and always friendly. Get rid of Dawn ASAP and take Jill back.
#2 - The apartments smell like moth balls and curry. No air circulation
#3 - Nice new hillbilly neighbors
#4 - The vents in the apartments - I don't think they change the filters. I think we have fungus growing - both my roommate and I have developed respiratory problems in the past year of living here.
#5 - Dawn is rude
#6 - They do not give 24 hour notice before entering your apartment for inspections...they put a letter under your door and say they recommend that you're there for the inspection, all the while they show up during normal work hours. Very bright folks here.
#7 - You will have to contact the head office if you want to see any of your money again - Dawn will suck your wallet dry. She probably pockets the money for her black eye liner funds.
#8 when you complain about noise in the middle of the night, you will find yourself having to call a good 10 times during different evenings for anyone to do anything. I recommend calling the police over apartment on-call pager #.
#9 Freaks hanging out in parking lot during 2am and shouting at each other
#10 - don't count on warm water in the winter - if you have your heat on, you won't get warm water...ice cold

I agree with you! The only thing I do not agree with is Amber... She is so fake and Jill's gone and all I can say is as long is she's there ... good luck to all the employee's that work there! Upon moving out, believe me don't trust anyone of the employee's!!! They will lie and take you for all you have. Nice moving in, but hell moving out. Good Luck!!!

I so much agree with hunter1965... you said it all and more and I also agree with Anonymous. Amber is very fake and can not be trusted at all. She will tell you one thing and turn around after talking to Dawn and tell you another. Renters be VERY aware!!!
