Never move to Colonial Village, poor management and terrible bedbugs. Before I moved in, the manager knew my building had bedbugs, but they still leased the infestated apartment to me. That is a fraud. I lived one month and a half and had tons of bits all over my skin. I couldn't not sleep and I asked the manager to inspect all building but got refused. The reason was some tenants are ok with bedbugs in their apartments, that's a holy bull ----! He just wanted save the budget!!!
