MISTAKE

Sub par property. Maint. On property is lacking. Once they get you to sign don't expect service. Hallways might be cleaned every 6 weeks. When you pay your utility bill you are not only paying to heat and cool your apartment but you are paying to heat and cool the common areas. Which is against building code. There is also no monitored fire alarms in these building just spot smoke detectors which are atleast 20 years old.
