It is so nice to see someone buy the complex who is willing to put some money into it. All of the hallways have been painted, my front door, the exterior, there is new landscaping, and the apartment I rented has quite a few upgrades as well, such as new carpet, light fixtures, and a cool wall color that I did not see while I was out looking. The staff is friendly and the office very inviting. I can't wait until the fitness center is complete. It is no Taj Mahal, but for $650 for a remodeled 2 BR apartment in West Des Moines, you can't beat it. Oh yeah, they also love big dogs, and have a wonderful grounds staff that is on top of any landmines, if you know what I mean.
