They always shut the water off without notice. New management isn't doing much better than the old. They won't give you copy of lease at signing. They then put one in your door several weeks later with a higher amount than what you signed for. In other words they put in a higher amount on the contract than what you agreed to, because of course your signature is on the 2nd page & the rent amount is on the first. Isn't that convenient for them to rip you off' They monitor who residents get packages from and prode you trying to find out what is in them. There are swarms of bats which frequently enter your apt. uninvited. There's more but I think you get the picture.
