I have lived at this property for just over 1 year now. I moved in right when the new owners and management took over and began their remodeling and renovations. My apartment is a newly remodeled apartment and it is very nice and the price is very reasonable. I have had no problems with office staff or maintenance staff. They all seem very nice and quickly respond to my needs. I would recommend living at Country Club Village. Great location and cheaper then other apartments in town that are not as well taken care of.
