I moved here with my boyfriend in November 2007. They are very workable with me on paying my deposit and have been very helpful whenever I had questions or needed information. I had a package delivered and even left my purse in the office once, they were very good about returning and delivery my things. I had a clogged toilet the first week we moved in and they fixed it the next day. My boyfriend plays basketball and finds the facilities very useful.

However- i am 6 months pregnant and the noise is HORRIBLE, we dont like to tattle so we take matters into our own hands and asked our upstairs neighbors to quiet down during the night, no use. We can hear people walking up the stairs to their apartment and it rattles the ceiliing, I can hear them having sex which is really disturbing at 6AM in the morning, I can hear conversations and stomping when they walk accross the floor, its annoying and not going to make me very happy when i have a newborn in 3 more months. You can seriously hear everybodys business.

We have had our music up but we do not think its loud I think its the ventilation that is poor we have had neighbors call security and even the police on us a couple times for noise complaints. Parking is bad if you don't get their by 4:30PM, then if you park where you can find a spot they tow your car and make you pay almost 300 dollars to get it out when it was only in there for 30 minutes!

Last thing i want to mention, I wish they would salt the parking lots my boyfriend broke his rib on one of the cement poles in the parking lot when walking to the car. The people who live their are not courteous, we have kids that sit outside the doors where you walk into your unit, its creepy they are just hangin around there like they are about to rob you or something. I see drug deals go down in the parking lots, people have their cars without any license plates or tags (funny they tow cars for being in a certain spot but not illegal cars) and I beleive the little jigga boos that live below us stole a stereo system out of my cousins car last night. I don't feel safe walking in and out of my apartment unless my boyfriend is with me.

Are you sure you have the right apartments????? There are no basketball courts here. There is across the street at Olde English Village - maybe you meant those!!!! Do you ever complain to the office or call the police. You wouldn't put up with this if this was your neighborhood where you owned a home. Do your part as a citizen of this community and call your rental office to complain and if necessary call the police out --- it will stop then!

Actually Country Club Village does have Basketball courts! And when I lived there I had the same problem with the icemelting. They won't get better. And the noise was ridiculous, no matter if you complained to the office or not. We would talk to the management about the noise, and the icy walk ways/parking lots(my roomate was pregnant, and worried she could slip and hurt the baby!) and nothing was done. Neeedless to say, as soon as our lease was up, we were out!

I totally agree. I lived there about six months ago and I did not have a good experience. The neighbors were ghetto, to the point that they would knock REPEATEDLY to ask for a ride, and I was even asked to buy the girls foodstamps! No thanks! The noise was bad too. I lived on the first floor and heard EVERYTHING my neigbors did. Expensive and definitely NOT worth it go elsewhere.
