My wife and I moved to Crown Pointe the latter part of October of this year, and, while we've not been here a long time, were drawn immediately to the complex. Our experience is that the apartments are VERY soundproof, well-insulated, and comfortable. The managers (a husband/wife team) were a big part of the reason we came here, due to their warmth and attention to detail.

For anyone concerned about being near any registered sex offenders, the policy of this management company, including the facility at Crown Pointe, is to NOT rent to anyone registered as such. Indeed, criminal background and character checks are run. There are a number of children here.

The man who installed our cable when we moved in described this complex as one of his "top three" to visit, due to the layout, management, and tenants in general.

Garages are available on a month-to-month basis for a little extra $$$, for parking of a vehicle or to have extra storage.

They are also pet-friendly! :-)

Did the pizza delivery man give you his "top three" complex's? Pizza hut's delivery guy and domino's guy will vary a bit. But probably different from the cable installer's as well. But if you get right down to it ask the garbage man when he empties the trash bins next week. I got his "top three" and you guys weren't even close. The gas/electric technician said if 12 other complex's have a couple bad weeks then crowne pointe might move up in the power rankings.But still not "top three".

So who are the best? Share some info please. I just want an affordable place in a safe neighborhood.
