I lived in the fountains for two years and it was the most severely mismanged complex I've ever lived in. They use the equal housing laws to charge you for their mistakes. They are unwilling to compromise or work with their tenants. In my two years they had 4 different managers. Our last lease was a renewal and they filled it out incorrectly. They added an extra month to our lease and we didn't notice it, and they proceed to charge us for it.
