Not What You Pay For

I have lived at the fountains for the last three years. Two years longer then I would have cared. Parking is a nightmare. You are lucky to find a parking spot after 8:00pm. The walls and ceilings seem to be transparent with most of neighbors conversations easily being heard. Especially in the bedrooms and bathrooms. If you have someone live above you the foot noise is similar to an elephant. And if they have a dog a heard of elephants. The management staff changes every six months. With each group finding new ways to be inadequate at their job. And if the do find someone in the office who seems to have a clue they are usually let go with the rest of management.
The nice things about the Fountains is that they allow pets. Which is the only reason I have stayed here so long. The bad part of this is that no one seems to pick up after their dog. And if you live on the ground floor you have a good chance of having dog poo outside your window.
The Maintenance crew is very nice. However we have had a leaky washer for the last 12 months which they can't seem to fix.
The overall construction of the apartment buildings themselves leave a lot to be desired. If you don't care to much for square walls and doors that don't stay open on their own then this won't really bother you. Over half the windows are outdated and have condensation between the panes. This leaves the windows a nice semi transparent.
