The Fountains Apartments are a nightmare. The staff is full of empty promises and two faced comments. The parking sucks. You can hear your neighbors doing whatever it is they may be doing at whatever time they may be doing it. The outside lights do not always turn on. The overall construction of the apartment is worth maybe a quarter of what you will be paying in rent and fines. Things constantly break!
My roommate decided to move out and we got stuck with a $1900 termination fee plus two months of rent and who knows what else will come up. My lease was changed with out my knowledge and they wouldn't even tell me why... "it's a roommate discusion" is what I was told.
Absolutely do not live here! They are untruthful and sneaky... you will regret it.
