Wish I could have moved out the day I moved in!!

The management is a TOTAL nightmare! THe first day we moved in I regreted it! We had no hot water for the first five days we lived here because it was a holiday...Then our washer overflowed and the mgmt. did not care, it was a saturday night and they said it wasn't an emergency, it would have to wait till monday. The heating bill is through the roof, insulation is non-exsistent. Birds in the stairwells are horrible, people smoking outside when your windows are open and you apt smells, dogs everywhere that bark consistenly and wake you up every morning. I wouldn't touch this complax with a ten foot pole. Not worth it!

Light the pilot light on the water heater for hot water. Put a normal amount of clothing and use a normal amount of detergent to prevent washer overflows. Close your windows when the heat is on to lower heating bill. Close your windows to prevent the outdoor smoke from entering your apt.
