I have lived at The Fountains for 2 years, and just signed another year lease. I love my apartment with the view of the pond with the new fountain, the new landscaping at the front entry and the redecorating in the Clubhouse. I like the tanning bed, and the fact that it doesn't cost extra to use it. It isn't the cheapest rent in town, but the cheaper places don't offer what this apartment community does. It is quiet and well kept, and I can have my pet, which is a plus. It is close to the interstate, and alot of shopping so you don't have to drive far to shop. I will live at The Fountains until I buy a house. The office staff is friendly and help you anyway they can.
