I lived at the Fountains for 6 months, but had a 12 month lease. They were generous enough to allow me to break my lease, with no circumstances - as long as they found a replacement and had no vacancy time for my unit. The staff members are awesome: when I needed maintenance, they were at my door within minutes of requesting if I had any emergencies. The layout of the apartments are nice because at the entry, it's more a spilt foyer style, versus entering straight into a dining, living room or kitchen area. Plus, the washer/dryer in the unit was convenient. I highly recommend The Fountains.
