I would definitely recommend the Fountains due in large part to the office staff. Brea and Shana were extremely helpful from the start. My fiance and I are originally from the midwest but had moved out to Washington DC and other east coast cities. When we moved into the Fountains it only reaffirmed our desire to get back to a place where you can expect to be treated with respect and where customer service actually means something. The few minor problems that we had regarding maintenance in the apartment was taken care of within hours...not days of us reporting it to the office. The maintenance crew was always very friendly and always gave us proper notice if they were going to enter the apartment. Parking was a little scarce if you got home past about 10 but you are always able to park on the property. Above all the staff at the Fountains never made you feel like you were a burden on them which was our experience in most other places. If you said there was something wrong, they would try to fix it. Period. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for the best apartment I have ever lived in.
