Decent, if you don't mind barking

Normandy Terrace was the best of the past four apartment complexes I've lived in. Not the greatest place ever, but really not bad, especially for the price.
The apartments were a decent size. I liked the extra closet in the living room, which held *a lot*, and the linen closet in the half-bath. The rooms have enough windows to make it feel more like a home. The grounds are well-kept, and there's a lot of greenery.
The staff was responsive. I didn't like that the dog in the apartment under me would bark all day, though -- nothing seemed to get done about that.
The parking was decent, but the parking lot could have used more lights (this may have been rectified since I moved out). My upstairs neighbors pounded around a lot. That and the dog are about all I remember regarding noise problems.
I liked that the complex was literally next door to a large grocery store -- it was very convenient.
