The management is cold and heartless. My apartment flooded during a recent cold snap. The apartment ownership did nothing to prevent the pipes from freezing in the laundry room (the pipes were uninsulated and the door would not shut tightly unless forced) and the resulting flood spilled over into my adjacent apartment. Not once did I get any words of apology from management and I had to fight with them just to have the carpets cleaned timely. I cannot fully express the feeling of contempt I have for the managemnt of these apartments. They are the worst people to work with.

The apartment doors do not seal at all and cold air seeps in. The heaters don't work, which balances nicely with the air conditioner that doesn't work. A call to have this fixed was fruitless. I have bugs. I have mice. My clothes were stolen from the laundry room (once again no compassion from the trolls working at the desk). The price is decent but it is not enough to keep me here. Stay away from this place as though it were infected, because it very well could be.

wow - that's hilarious. this seems like i wrote it. i bet you live in apt #56. we had the EXACT same problems, the flooding and everything. when we moved in, i don't think they had cleaned the carpet. the whole place smelled like wet dog. my boyfriend laid down on the carpet to play with our cat and when he got up, he had dog hair all over his back. on top of that, some loserhole who lived on the 3rd floor used to walk his dog outside our window. one time, he LET his dog rip through our screen to attack our cat. the cat was unharmed...but just the fact that he didn't pull back on the leash pi$$es me off. also, the maintenance guys used to smoke in our hallways. gross.
