I would have to say in the 8 years that I have lived in Normandy, which I still do, I really haven't had many problems. The only 2 problems that I can complain about and that is the trash that is out & around my area of the complex, but other than that the landscaping is very nice. The other is just the maintenance. It is a little slow at times. It seems when you really need something done they are on top of it, but when it comes to something that can be held off for a while, it will be!
