For what we needed at the time, Normandy Terrace was sufficient. The apartments were very big (except for tiny kitchen) and the rent was very reasonable. The ground were not always maintained and had litter and dog waste everywhere. The walls seemed quite thin, as we could hear our neighbors above, below, to the side, and across the hall. The office and maintenance staff were always helpful and quick to respond to our issues. Overall, it was a good value for the rent we paid. Could have been worse!
