I currently live out at Normandy Terrace apartments and have lived here for about 9 months. I personally have never had any issues/problems. My building is pretty quiet. Never really see or speak to the office staff which is fine with me, I'd rather just be a "number" and nothing more. Pretty reasonably priced too. The square footage is on the larger side, however kitchens and bathrooms are TINY! No matter though because I could pay ALOT more in WDSM and get the same or less. I would definitely recommend living here.
