I've lived there for a little over a month and maintenance has been out 6-8 times. First my dishwasher door hit my wall so I couldn't get it open and then to find out that they didn't even have it connected to the water line so they had to come back out to fix it. Then I had a shower in my furnace closet twice and now my apt flooded. They haven't even offered to make things right with me. At my last place that I lived I don't think I called maintenance 4 times in the 2 years I lived there. The maintenance guys are really nice and respectful but I can't say the same for the people in the office.
