I lived at Normandy with my fiance for a year. This place does nothing at all to make the place look good. When i lived there, they cut down trees and let them stay where they fell. My fiance, being a landscaper, couldn't take it anymore and him and I went out and started to clean up around our building. The maintained people were out at our apt numerous times. The last time was for Mice and ---- roaches. The main reason why i would not recommend this place is, i gave them a 23 day notice that i was leaving and left a forwarding addy and everything. The people at the office told my it was a sufficient 30 day notice and everything was ok. I moved out of there 4/30/08. The beginning of August i received a collection notice stating i had an outstanding bal of $600.00 from Normandy. I called to see what it was, the last there sd that it was for May rent a garage rent and they also took the deposit and would not tell me why. They never tried to contact em to tell me i owe anything on this apt until i got a letter stating it was in collections--DO NOT LIVE HERE!! NORMANDY IS A DUMP , FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO LIVE THAT WILL LOOK NICE AND YOU WILL NOT HAVE TO DEAL WITH THEIR CRAP!!
