I have lived in different complexes and I love living at Normandy Terrace. The staff is courteous and quick to get problems fixed. They are older buildings, so of course, there are going to be more problems than in a newer building, so you need to keep that in mind when deciding where to move to. I have had only a couple of issues and they have been addressed withing 24 business hours. The only "complaint" I have is the condition of the roads withing the complex. But again, they are asphalt, older & with the freezes and thaws of Iowa winters, they buckle like any other would. I love the apartment, I have a HUGE 3 bedroom at an extremely reasonable rent, a wonderful view & great neighbors. There are no guarantees when you rent an apartment, and just like a car, you could get a "lemon", but I feel that the management/owners do work with you and resolve every issue. I would definately recommend!!!!
