Lived here 2003 - 2004 had a 2 bed 2 bath, paid 650, without discount it was close o 750. Very cold in winter, warm in summer. neighbor across hall had a giant dog and would never take it out. When it did get to go out, it would do it in the hallway. Many complaints to no avail. Mng is too busy on phone talking to boyfriend ect... Got complaint on incense burning or as they called it "peculiar smoke smell" Which was to mask the order in the hallway. Everything needs updated. MediaCon guys bugging every other week about cable discounts. If you were not home by 6 pm, there was no way you could have a good parking spot.
