Solid apartments, great staff, and lots of green space. Maintance staff is quick to take care of problems, and buildings are clean. Great Apartments!

Really? I live at OEV and none of the above would describe my experience here. Simple repairs are never preformed, requests are ignored, and they let you know you dont matter. The only thing OEV cares about is that the checks cash and you dont call a housing inspector.
