I really enjoy living at Olde English Village. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Once, my lock froze on my door one day when it was pouring rain outside. The maintenance guy came right away and fixed my door for me!
I will agree with a lot of the people that the parking is limited after 6pm, but I feel safe in the complex to walk a little further to my building.
I never hear dogs barking out of control or loud partying neighbors.
I would recommend this little quiet section of West Des Moines off I235 to anyone!

This is clearly written by a staff member at Old English! I actually live there right now and can not wait to move. Our apt. flooded and they did not even replace the carpet...they just put fans underneath! We did not have access to one bedroom for 12 days, yet they refused to allow us to pay less for rent! The maintenance and managers were also rude. Do not move in here you will regret it! Avoid at all costs!

im not a staff member and i can clearly say that i have renters insurance incase of something like that..also i have never had a problem like that..its a quit freindly place to live and i would recomend it to anyone.
