We moved in here because we were desperate to find a place, and now we are even more desperate to move out! Horrible everything: dirty, smells, inconsiderate staff, insects, water damage, hastily repaired, and the list goes on! When our apartment flooded the response we got was "Well, what do you want me to do' Come move your stuff'!" I never imagined being treated so poorly, when the only thing we did wrong was decide to rent at OEV.

The one good thing about OEV is that their staff is so rude and incompetent that you end up learning an awful lot about housing code and landlord laws just trying to get them to responsibly manage their property. Avoid at all costs it is not worth the headache to save a few bucks!

thats why you get renters insurance.. it could happen anywhere not just oev. i think its a great place to live.. never had any problems with anyone.
