For the price you can't beat these apartments. They have neutral carpet, and primarily white kitchens. There is a pool on the apartment grounds, and the back apartments have a view of a beautiful little creek with walking bridges. I have lived there for almost 4 years. I feel very safe there and have had no problems with my neighbors. Rent includes free basic cabel and trash pick up.
The main cons to the complex are...the apartments are pretty small, but the 2 bedrooms have large master bedrooms. Some of the apartments face the main road. Small kitchens. Small 2nd bedrooms. Mud issues in the back parking lot, and limited parking in the front. Can hear a lot of sound from apartments above and below, ie) music, sex, arguing, tv.
