Managers are cruel and the entire place is filty! My hall to my apartment has not been cleaned in over a month. I asked the manager and she said someone would be "right over", apparently my idea of right over is different than hers! Bugs are everywhere including: centipedes, beatles, and millipedes. It is just gross! I have heard from other OEV residents that roaches are also a problem. Don't let the managers kind, careing act fool you, as soon as you sign the lease they show thier true colors.
