It is an excellent place to live. It is kept clean, well maintained and a friendly management who live onsite. It is a flexible neighborhood; it allows you to entertain guests without fear of disturbing others because it is well insulated. I rarely hear neighbors when they have guests. It is a good balance. I highly recommend it to others.

That's because your bldg is mostly vacant. If you recommend it to others then you will have neighbors.
