some of the other renters were trashy and caused a little bit of trouble

some sound from other apartments

most things got fixed

somethings just got a bandaid like my dishwisher that at no point ever cleaned my dishes infact they got more dirty

and i found glass in the dish washer that i know was not from any glass that i owned

it was a very nice area

big master bedroom and closet

but the other bedroom was very small not fair for roomates
really only a good size for a den or a kids room

cable conection wasnt that good but that would probley be mediacom to blame

some bug problems nothing crazy

now for the big story:
i was upset because the manager nancy (a year ago dont know if its the same) when i tryed to leave a few months early "because i got pregnant" didnt even try to pull any strings to let me out early even though i rented for two years and was a very good tenent willing to tell everyone how great they had been

i had to go to craigslist to find someone to take my lease and it was a big mess

then they let some lady take over for them when they went out of town that had no idea what she was doing

i asked her if the people had talked to her about takeing our lease yet

she told me "i have the contract right here its all signed and ready to go"

i started packing

like a week later i was told they had never even stoped in she didnt even remember who i was i had stoped in every day that week to see how it was going

it was now too late for me to keep looking for a renter i just had to hope they would keep word and sign the lease

i had to leave with the lease not signed

not to mention that she told the new people they could move in a day early when i was still liveing there

painters walked into our apartment and found my husband sleeping nobody ever even talked to us about painting the apartment

then this women poseing as the manager had the balls to come knocked on the door and tell my husband he should be gone already

when not only did we still have a lease because the new people had yet to sign but it was before it was even planed that we would leave

she even told the new people when they showed up we didnt move yet didnt even call us

he was the only thing there because he needed and place to sleep


we didnt even have our new place tell later that day

we left with the papers still not signed

thankfully the people did show up and sign
