Polo Club apartments do look nice, but looks can be deceiving. The construction is extremely cheap. I've stayed at cheap hotels with better sound deadening quality and insulation to keep out the elements. We can hear everything that our neighbors do (ever hear your neighbor use the toilet') and our highest heating bill this winter (a mild one) was $137. We spent that much on the 1923 1600sq ft house we used to live in. My house payment was lower too...only $735/mo compared to the $895 we spend here (that does include a garage).
