We lived on the 3rd floor in an interior unit. We did not have any problem at all with bugs or noisy neighbors, as a matter of fact, we lived there almost three years and only rarely heard our neighbors. The management is really great. Any problems we did have were repaired promptly. The construction my be cheap, buy you are renting, not buying. The layout is great and very spacious. They can be a bit pricy, but they run rent specials all the time that can greatly reduce the price. I think they are a great value for the $$. There are washers and driers in every unit, gas fireplaces, vaulted ceilings on the 3rd floors...the place was very clean when we moved in. We really liked it!
