Hi Me to facing teh same problem like bugs. Same thing is happening , they will spray pesticide, after a week they will again start coming. Also some days we are finding some snakes which is little bit scary. The units which is on first floor and units without private entrance would be good but teh units with private entrance and in ground floor is giving a lot of problems. Other than this Apart ment is very good and right choice to live(not in the houses with private entrance & ground floor). Apart ment in the first floor and have common entrances are very very good.

Wow, this is for "snakesgoaway"... if you are someone from management, which it sounds like you are, that just gave me my answer as to whether I'll be looking at your apartment. Your comment is racially offensive and just downright mean. The person who posted the comment was not bashing the apartments, just stating the pros and cons. Your defensive, racial, and insulting response is pretty over the top. Actually, you sound like an ass.
