I also live in a thord floor apartment. yes sometimes you can hear outside in the hall but that is cause the noise is coming from a few people that had a few too many drinks and comes near the front door. other than that, not problems. parking does get tight in winter, but that is cause peoplea re too cheap to get a garage. i dunno about paying 895 for 3rd floor. i only pay 800. heating bill' what do you crank it at 88 all day' ever heard of natural heat' open the blinds when you leave and let the sun heat apartment. i never had a bill over 73 bucks and thatis with two people living here. washer and dryer in unit is awesome, great amenity to have. privacy. do wash in am and come back after work to use dryer and not worry about anything. i dont hear anyone in the other units, just from out in hall and even that is rare. there is ample parking if peole use garage for cars, and not their junk!
