This is the worst place I have ever lived and I have lived in many apts in several cities. The employees in the office are extremely rude, argumentative, not customer service oriented and very argumentative. The buildings are poorly and cheaply constructed. The appliances, blinds, toilets, etc are very cheap. I had to call each morning that it snowed to get them to shovel the front of my garage door just so I could get my car out of the garage and then I was late for work each time it snowed as I had to wait for them to shovel after they push all the snow up against the garages when they plow the parking lot. (doesn't make much sense for those who buy a garage for the winter months as you cant get out if it snows anyway). The hallways have been vaccumed maybe 3 times in the year that I have lived here and there is garbage, mail and spider webs and bugs all over the hallways not to mention the lawns around the building. I have had packages delivered to the office by fed ex or ups and they do not contact you to let you know something has arrived so if you don't call the office periodically for check for packages you will never know. I have been sent gifts of perishable items and flowers that I was not able to enjoy as I was told by the office it is not their responsibility to contact tenants when a pkg arrives. Jeremy was the only nice one to work with and I don't believe he is there anymore. Unless you want to live like you are in college dorm spend your $$ someplace else!!!!

Bummer. My appliances and toilets were gold plated and my blinds were silk and satin. It never snowed in front of my garage. fed ex,ups and the staff would sit at my front door and park my car. Not only did they vacuum my hallway every 20 minutes to my apartment but they rolled out brand new red carpet daily for me to wipe my dirty feet on. The office not only delivered my flowers but watered them and held them in the sunlight until I came home.

Polo Club apartments is in San Antonio, TX where it never snows and they dont even have garages. You must be thinking about somewhere else.
