I see most people are satisfied, if not in love, with the staff here, but my family feels otherwise. I'd say it's average at best. Our biggest complaint is with maintenance. They've walked in while I've been in the shower or while bathing my daughter, even though I yelled for them to please come back......we have waited weeks for issues to be resolved....and after a water heater leak there was no follow-up to our problems. The older maintenance guy actually said, "What do you want me to do'" when I suggested that just putting fans on soaking carpet wasn't enough. He then pulled up the carpet in the closet to put a fan under it and cut a hole in the ceiling. After doing some research online I don't believe the issue was handled according to guidelines....no moisture and/or air quality checks, etc, immediately following the incident. We had to leave for several days because of the smell of dirty water and the loud fans blowing air and dust around that irritated my and my daughters eyes and throats. I understand the leak was not their fault, but it wasn't handled well.

Maintenance gave me attitude about our satelite dish being in the ground (they dug up soil to install) yet the area in front of our building looks horrible. There are places where there is no grass growing, especially around the front sidewalk that leads to the common door. Seemed silly they would comment on that when there are many other areas of neglect...

Our lease is up this summer and after only giving us 2 weeks notice (mind you we have water damage and electrical issues in our kitchen because of the previously mentioned leak) that our rent is going up yet again....They said they called but never did. I'm home all day and never got a call at home or on the cell...we're supposed to give them 30 days notice of vacating, but they can't give us more than 2 1/2 weeks to make other arrangements. Bullsh*t. We're taking this one to corporate.

They advertise a workout room, but the stationary bike has been broken for months and there is exposed wiring on the eliptical machine.

The hallway and entry to our building is always dirty....people throw their newspapers and junk mail on the floor and leave beer cans on the shelf by the mirror in the doorway. Someone comes once a week but it still usually looks like crap to visitors.

The fixtures are typical rental....ugly cold and cheap. The place wasn't painted (or painted well) before we moved in. We moved from out of state so unfortunately the move was more or less sight unseen. Woodwork was chipped and there are dings in the wall.

I've had 3 packages delivered to the office that never made it to my door. Unfortuantely UPS doesn't always come to the door, but instead drops off at the office. Even though I'm home to receive the packages they were left at the office and when I inquired about them I was told they weren't delivered. Seems odd to me that so many packages would not arrive when it's notated they were left there.

I think I could actually list a few more, but I think this should give people an idea of the level of professionalism and care given by the staff. There are many places around here....do yourself a favor and keep looking......
