Nothing but annoying and a regret. Expensive in price, cheap in features. Neighbors are noisy, walls are VERY thin. If you're bored you can count the number of times the neighbors flush, take a shower, or run the garbage disposal. Appliances are old, cheap, base models. Grounds are well-kep by the office but the rest of complexe is dead grass everywhere else. (management actually blames it on dogs peeing) Area is dark, buildings are imposing at night, just not a ?good? feeling. THERE IS A CONTANT STREAM OF CARS BROKEN INTO. Laundry facilities are VERY crampt, essentially outside and have only 1 W&D for TWELVE apartments. Heat is $$, A/C can NOT keep-up so it is VERY $$$. (I was flat-out told by head of maintenance that the A/C units are too small.) Office hours very poor (9-5) and they usually are gone at lunch and whenever else they please. Resident-friendly is not a term known around here. Management are complete axxholes! You will also get whatever answer suits them that day. If you insists on this neighborhood, check out Cambridge Court. (no, I?ve never lived there)
