I have had nothing but problems with this apartment complex since I moved in 07/02. You have to pay for water & trash, which are supposed to be billed to you seperately (still haven't received a bill for either), people don't pick up after their animals, there is always broken glass, garbage, etc on the grounds. In the common room for the laundry facilities (1 washer/dryer per 12 apts), the floor drain got plugged, maintenance did NOTHING to fix it for at least 2 months, so when people would use the washer, the drain would overflow outside into the hallway & freeze right below the stairs. The office was aware of this problem, but wouldn't even sand the ice when it formed right below the stairwell. And then in their lease, if you were to hurt yourself (like, slipping & falling on ice), and the apt was at fault, they wouldn't be held liable. How ridiculous, just like everything else there. Don't even try to deal with the apartment & their so called management, b/c no matter what, it won't help. I don't even have the time or the space to go into all the problems that I have encountered with them, and I am not even a problem tenant (really). The only nice thing about the apt is our optional sunroom, and the master bedroom is huge. I will miss that, but nothing else!!
