So so.. as apartment living goes.

The Good:
The apartment itself is pretty nice. Spacious, nice enough layout. Large living room and master bedroom and the extra bedroom is average sized. The sun room is a nice extra. Because the hallways are open they are not stuffy and hot in the summer time which is a nice bonus. There is plenty of lighting around the grounds and parking lot. Every time I have called with a maintenance request it is taken care of very quickly. The kitchen and bathrooms have decent newer tile (not ugly outdated crap) and decent cuboards (plain wood color, not that ugly painted crap at some places). I actually really like the apartment itself.
The Bad:
The design is poor as far as the building itself. Because the staircase is attached to the outside living room walls of those on the first and second floor you get to hear people Stomp up and down the stairs constantly. You might think will only 4 apartments per floor this would not be an issue, but believe me, it is a nightmare. If you live here you want to live on the top floor (We moved from the 2nd floor to the third floor. What sucked was we had to pay a stinking $200 fee for doing this!!!)
The air conditioner and heater run constantly due to poor insulation.
There is one washer and dryer PER BUILDING. It is located in a tiny room on the first floor and you can barely fit your freezing butt in there to do your laundry, on the rare occasion you can get possesion of the washer and dryer.
The office folks tend to come and go as they please so you never know when you will catch them. This usually isn't a big deal unless you have a package you want to pick up.
However, despite all this, I am sad to say, a lot of other apartments have the same issues or are worse. By the way, Cambridge Court is not nice at all. For the money Regency woods is a lot nicer looking! Olde English Village is in the same general area and it seems nice. The apartments are nice and the grounds are the nicest I have EVER seen so far. We should have moved here instead. Check them out if you are in the neighborhood. Skip on Cambridge Court and Country Club Village. Trust me...
