I have read all the comments left so far, and am somewhat surprised by the negativity. Yes, the complex has some flaws. Specific issues would include the one washer/dryer per 12 unit building, stairs that are attached to outside wall of the apartments which can be loud, and poor unit insulation. However, I have lived other places with similar or worse issues.

My experience with the management has been positive. Problems have been taken care of in my apartment within 24 hours. I can not speak to needing emergency maintainance. Staff have always been friendly. In addition, there are now extended office hours during the week and the weekend. Management has been present during posted hours. This is a definite improvement.

The apartments themselves are very spacious and comfortable. One of the cleanest places that I have ever moved into. I have lived here for 3 years and have no desire to move. I would like to add in that time there have been no issues with my car being boken into.

I lived there between 2002-2003, and I noticed cars by our apartment getting broken into, never mine, thank goodness!
