My experience is only based on my apartment hunting experience.
I really liked the apartment. But, sometimes you get a gut feeling, stay away. The apartment was clean, and nice for the money. There were two things that made me decide against this complex. 1) The manager, He didn't seem to try to sell the apartment or care that I was interested. 2) You must move in within 14 days of placing your deposit. The guy was nice enough to say that I didn't have to move in after 14 days, just that I would have to start paying the rent.. Come on! Give me 30 days to get things lined up for the move.
Parking was good.
Grounds were terrible, the grass was less previlant than the dirt. Land mines were everywhere (pet poop, sorry for being blunt)

Be careful when you sign your lease!! This place has a very "locking" lease. If something comes up and you need to break your lease you are responsible to pay the entire lease until they rent it for you and they will not be in a hurry to help you out with that. The lease was written in a way that there is no way for a tenant to leave without a huge financial burden of not only paying rent in a new place, but also being responsible for paying rent for a place they no longer reside in. If there is any chance you might not stay an entire year, read your lease Very carefully before signing!!!
