I moved into Regency and stayed there for the entire year. I had two dogs, but apparently they decided not to tell me how many dogs I could have, until i had one month left. Apparently i was only allowed one dog. In said in the contracts we signed we can have only 2 pets, which we did!!! I had the new floor cleaned so well when i moved out, that it was better than when i moved in. And what do they decide to do... bill $1500!!! I got this bill today and i almost passed out. I can see replacing bits of the carpet from the indents left in the masterroom, but not the entire carpet. The maintenance also had to come into my apartment to fix 2 faucets, a bathtub, and a toilet, because of bad plumbing. I could hear my neighbors all around me. I even heard my neighbors upstais one time having sex. I will take these scam artists to court if i have to for charging me so much. Wish me luck

I can relate to what you are saying here. The same thing happened to me 3 years ago there. It was the worst apartment experience I have had, ever! When we moved out, the place was spotless, but they said it smelled like dog (which happens in a dog friendly community), and then they waited for 2 years to let us know that we supposedly owe them money, but by that time it had gone to collections. What a nightmare! The office staff was horrible and would never return our calls to try and straighten things out and find out what was going on. I would never recommend this place to anyone. We also had the same situation happen to us with the dogs (we had two as well). Renters beware!!

We had dogs that visited with the spouse over the weekend ONLY twice and the visits were 6 weeks apart. Other than that the dogs stayed at their house in another state. It will be interesting to see what happens with us.
