Like any apartment living situation, it has its pluses and minuses. The staff is not overly friendly in the management office, but the maintenance crew is very nice. There are a few loud neighbors, but it's an apartment. Clean-up of the grounds could be improved, but overall its pretty good. People don't clean up after their dogs, and that gets to be a problem. The pool area is very nice, and there is plenty of parking. Some of the accouterments are cheap (cabinets, faucets) but that is to be expected. You can usually get a rent concession, so that helps. Easy access to I-235 and grocery stores are very close. I enjoy living there.
