Wish I could move back

First of all, I am a former tenant. I am not affiliated with Regency Woods in any way. Too often, it someone writes a positive review, it seems like this is what you are accused of. So...
I loved living at Regency from 2005-2007. I had a great 1 bedroom apartment on the third floor with a vaulted ceiling in the (separate) dining room, a large balcony, HUGE walk through closet from my bedroom to the bathroom, and a nice sunroom off of the living room that I used as an office. The kitchen was your typical small galley that you expect in 1 bedrooms, and the bathroom was very tiny, but I considered this to be a small inconvenience. You take the good with the bad. Laundry facilities are horrible - only one washer/dryer PER BUILDING, and it's in a dingy room on the street level that is basically a closet. Felt very unsanitary, so I mostly went to a friend's house to do laundry. Parking was generally available in front of my building, although there were a few times that I had to park at the building next to me. The garages are VERY closely spaced to the buildings, so backing an suv or truck out can be challenging and tricky, to say the least.
Maintenance crews were always highly visible and whenever I reported problems, there were there within the next day. Only one time, when I had an air conditioning problem, did it take 2 days to order a part for. They do allow dogs and, from time to time, I would see dog poop, but for the most part, it was pretty well contained. My building only rented 1 bedrooms and I had neighbors that were either never home or were just very quiet. I got lucky!
Rent-wise, RW is simply THE BEST DEAL IN WDM! I got in on a special with a $99 deposit, my first year's rent was $535 and my second year's was $585. Utilities were super cheap, as I lived on the third floor. My heating/cooling was never about $60-70 in the summer and maybe a bit higher in the winter, but I tend to keep my house cool in all seasons.
Office staff was horrible when I originally moved in, but they changed management, I believe, and the newer staff was much, much better when I left to relocate. I had to leave suddenly due to some personal issues that forced me to temporarily relocate, but believe me, now that I'm looking for an apt in WDM again, WISH I could move back!
