Here at Signature Place, you have to pay extra to have a washer and dryer to do your laundry. I have been waiting for a washer that works since NOVEMBER, it is now APRIL. They "replaced" my transmission in March and now every time I run the washer it floods my kitchen. The floors are ruined and the woodwork is falling off. Not to mention the enormous amounts of mold it has produced in my apartment. I have called on this problem at least ten times in the last month and no one has even come to look at it. I wouldn't spend my money here at all...Go somewhere else. If you have a small problem or a major problem, it won't be fixed!
