I stayed in the smallest one bedroom apt. available and my utilities were over $130 every month. I was told that my utilities would be $50-$90 at the most. When I moved it in was dirty and there was food caked on some of the walls. There were cat paw prints on the kitchen walls and almost a half an inch of dirt on top of the cupboards. There were at least 2 sliverfish bugs a day in my apt, and three were found in my bed and in my clothes. DISGUSTING! I would never live here again. I signed a 6 month lease and talked to the manager 30 days prior to moving out... he knew I was moving out, and they are now trying make me pay for one more month because I didn't have a written notice! He never said anything to me about a written notice when we spoke on the phone. I am getting screwed. The management is horrible. They just want to take your money. My apartment is 100 times cleaner now than it was when I moved in. They should be glad I took good care of it! DON'T live here. I never felt welcome and I wasted so much money living there. Im glad Im gone!

when you are signing a lease remember to read it. Most properties require you to sign a written 30 to 60 day notice which that form is in the office. If the apartment was not clean why did you move in. Did you speak to the management about this? Did you do a walk through with the management prior to moving in? If the apartmant has silverfish then that is a big problem that is considered a rich mans cockroach if this property does have this problem i would suggest that they take action on this very quickley before is does spread. My suggestion it that all renters be careful

I agree with the bugs.. sick. make sure you give them ATLEAST a 30 day notice.. apparently they "forget" that people have already turned in a notice..
