This Place has fallen apart and went WAY down hill since around June 2004. In the past 2 years there have been 6 different managers- including other staff in the office and the maintenance-- their turnover in staff and apartments is outrageous. It use to be a great community to live in and then it got trashy... The grounds is never kept up!! No matter how serious the work order for your apartment the maintance Never makes it into the apartment to fix it.

6 managers in 2 years. That's because McDonalds pay is better.

Take 2 steps onto the grounds and guess what u stepped in. Can you blame them for not keeping up the grounds! When the mowers come thru better move your car or it gets fertilized.
