I lived at Signature Place for 18months and had a horrible time with the staff and having repairs made to apt. They are rude and difficult to deal with even though I was always nice and considerate to them! If you live there in the winter, then beware, because they don't take care of the snow or ice. I fell and broke my knee on the ice and 2 weeks later my daughter fell and broke her ankle!! I didn't file any kind of complaint, but they were rude and wanted us to go away so no one else would know. Upon leaving the apt spotless after moving, they not only kept my deposit (stole my deposit), they have since given me a bad report to other landlords! Please beware.......they are nasty, rude, immature, incompetent clickish people. Rude,rude,rude..........

Daughter lived here illegally and this tenant was evicted for non-payment of rent. Also had a dog that crapped all over the carpet and it had to be torn out. She didn't report having a dog either. Then she moved in with another tenant. Couldn't have hated it that badly!

Do not live in these apartments!!!! Staff is not professional!!! Apartments are dirty! Carpet is dirty!
